February 24, 2004 Tunica, MS— J. Ganes Consulting and Eric Matsen, Owner of Matsen Enterprises (see Our Alliances) presented a 1-day options workshop hosted by the National Cotton Council, New York Board of Trade, and American Cotton Shippers Association in February 2004. The workshop focused on the mechanics of hedging with options for cotton producers. This beginner and intermediate seminar focused on "Rolling Positions” and “Strategies Based on Changing Fundamental Developments”.

August 2, 2003—J. Ganes Consulting and Eric Matsen, Owner of Matsen Enterprises (see Our Alliances) were presenters at a 3-day options workshop hosted by the New York Board of Trade in October 2003. The workshop will focused on hedging with options for textile mills. This intermediate and advanced skill building session will focus on "Why options are critical to your business? What can options on cotton futures do for you and how?" The session also included actionable hedging recommendations based on various strategic outlooks. Participants had an opportunity to confidentially submit questions about their present trading approaches for review and appraisal.

Earth Satellite Corporation and J. Ganes Consulting, LLC Form Strategic Alliance

March 26, 2002 Rockville, MD—Earth Satellite Corporation (EarthSat) announced today that it is significantly broadening its product offerings beyond its CropCast weather information by forming a strategic alliance with J. Ganes Consulting of Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Under this agreement, EarthSat's customers will be able to access products from J. Ganes Consulting through web links on their private web sites and vice versa. Furthermore, both companies plan to create and market products that combine the expertise of both companies.
