workshop hosted by the New York Board of Trade in October 2003. The
workshop will focused on hedging with options for textile mills. This
intermediate and advanced skill building session will focus on "Why
options are critical to your business? What can options on cotton futures
do for you and how?" The session also included actionable hedging
recommendations based on various strategic outlooks. Participants
had an opportunity to confidentially submit questions about their
present trading approaches for review and appraisal.

broadening its product offerings beyond its CropCast weather information
by forming a strategic alliance with J. Ganes Consulting of Englewood
Cliffs, NJ. Under this agreement, EarthSat's customers will be able to

private web sites and vice versa. Furthermore, both companies plan to
create and market products that combine the expertise of both companies.
